Welcome to our Admin Team page

We have 5 admin staff based in the front offices (Ms Vicky Lanciano, Mrs Pauline Hill (part time), Mrs Linda Pollard (part time), Ms Liz Miles & Mrs Dawn Imm).

Mrs Carol Williams and Mrs Val Holiday (Exams Officer/Assessment Assistant) are based in the Resources Room.

Mrs Tina Evans,  Finance Officer and and Ms Charmaine McAtee, Finance Assistant are based in the Link block.

Our Business Manager, Mrs Ali Collier, is a member of the Senior Management Team. As well as being responsible for the financial, administrative & operational aspects of the school, she is line manager for many of the non-teaching staff.

Please remember that the Admin team will not be able to connect you with teaching staff during lesson times.
If you want to speak to teaching staff, it would be best to call before or after school hours - or during the lunch period.

 

 

Uniforms with the Milestone logo may be purchased from the National Schoolwear Centre, 99 Northgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2AA. Tel: 01452 423339. Staff at the shop are extremely helpful. Cheques for school uniform (made out to N.S.C) can be sent via school and uniform can be sent home via your child. Please contact the National Schoolwear Centre direct to discuss size, cost etc. 

Although the uniform is not compulsory, it has proved popular and durable.

 

Our school meals are provided by Alliance in Partnership.

From September 2008, the price of a school lunch is �1.90 per meal. This is in line with other schools across the country.

The cost for a week, therefore, is �9.50.

Please send money into school on Monday mornings, in an envelope labelled with your childs name.
Cheques should be made payable to 'The Milestone School'.
